As you prepare to vote, or if you have already voted, prepare to encourage others to vote, your Election Day checklist may include making sure posters are up, information about polling locations and hours is available, and rides to the polls are ready. But does your Election Day — November 6th, 2012 — checklist include a camera?
Help us show all of the great Election Day efforts taking place at health centers this year! Plan to capture your activities by camera, and send us your pics. As we receive pictures throughout the day on November 6th, we’ll share them online.
Here’s how to send us your health center’s pictures on Tuesday, November 6th:
A. Upload picture files, along with a description of who is in the picture (name and title) and where the picture was taken (ex: name of your health center) using our online submission form. Note: Only one picture file can be submitted per form entry.
B. Email your picture files as attachments, along with a description of who is in the picture (name and title) and where the picture was taken (ex: name of your health center) to grassroots “at” nachc.com.
Make sure individuals in your pictures have signed a release form giving permission for their image to be used. Download a release form in English or Spanish. Release forms should be scanned in and submitted with picture files through the online form or attached by email.
